The link under the picture of Box: Box River Hydroelectric Project is set to http://www.popud.com/box.htm and should be: http://popud.org/projects/box-canyon-hydro; although, I think as part of the emergency management information they would be looking for Pend Oreille River flood information and the link to that is http://popud.org/pend-oreille-river/flow-and-elevation. I would make the following changes:

Change the first caption to be: Box Canyon Hydroelectric Project with link: http://www.popud.com/box.htm And add a caption below that of Pend Oreille River Flow at Box Canyon Dam with link: http://popud.org/pend-oreille-river/flow-and-elevation
