Instead of capping off population at 25 Million to preserve quality of life and
economic prosperity; California has embarked on unlimited housing expansions The idea that
California has the ability to provide housing to any who wishes to move here is insane and 2023 say a great many public and
private interest moving out of the State. California has heavily polarized politics that creates a
lot of friction which does not meet public needs even in normal circumstances.
